Shiloh’s team is equipped to provide hospice and palliative care wherever the patient calls home. This includes private residences and nursing homes, hospitals or patient’s preferred settings, to enable our service users to maintain their dignity and independence. The hospice was established by providers with over 10 years of practice in health care related settings, with the goal to bridge the gaps in accessibility of quality care at the end-of-life in and around University Park.
