We all work to provide high-quality care to patients and their families across Cook, Will, and DuPage counties in Illinois. Shiloh’s team is equipped to provide hospice and palliative care wherever the patient calls home. This includes private residences and nursing homes, hospitals or patient’s preferred settings, to enable our service users to maintain their dignity and independence. The hospice was established by providers with over 10 years of practice in health care related settings, with the goal to bridge the gaps in accessibility of quality care at the end-of-life in and around University Park.

Our care is driven by genuine compassion for our patients and their families, and we understand that the care needs of every patient with their family are unique. We are therefore proud to provide patient centred care to every individual, with great attention to detail undertaken in order to meet the needs of every service user. Every care plan at Shiloh is physician led, and professionally carried out according to the wishes of the patient and their loved ones. Our mission is to be a fountain of comfort and support, to our patients and their families in University Park, as well as the surrounding areas. We understand the importance of respect, dignity, and personal preference, which we uphold through everything we do.

Shiloh’s team promote quality life by promoting comfort, and eliminating suffering related to terminal illness, while also providing extra support for families and loved ones. We focus on providing patient-centred, family-focused care which meets the needs of the communities we serve in University Park, and specialize in symptom control, striving to minimize patient suffering due to symptoms related to their terminal illness. Testimonials and reviews from the families of those we have cared for are available on our testimonials page, which demonstrate our passion and ethos.
