Shiloh Hospice was formed as a fountain of comfort and support for end-of-life patients and their families. With more than a decade of experience in health care settings, the founders set out with the goal to increase the accessibility of high-quality palliative care. We have an excellent interdisciplinary team of experienced physicians, nurses, chaplains, social workers, grief counselors, hospice aids and volunteers. The whole team is committed to delivering patient centered care to the communities of Blue Island. Our expert team always act in the best interests of every patient, and work with them and their families to develop and deliver a bespoke, patient centered plan of care for every service user. The Shiloh team is prepared to deliver hospice and palliative care wherever the patient feels most comfortable; from private residences and nursing homes, to hospitals or any other setting the patient and their family prefers in and around Blue Island.
