Shiloh Hospice has been established by experienced providers who have more than a decade of practice in health care related settings, in order to provide care, comfort, and support for end-of-life patients and their families. Our aim to bridge the gaps in accessibility of quality care for palliative and hospice care is at the heart of Shiloh’s ethos, and is embraced by our excellent team of interdisciplinary professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement co-ordinators, hospice aids, and volunteers. The Shiloh team specialize in providing hospice and palliative care to patients wherever they call home in, or close to, Country Club Hills; this includes private residences and nursing homes, to hospitals or any other setting preferred by the patient and their family.
