Shiloh Hospice and Palliative Care was established by providers who are passionate about care, comfort, and support for end-of-life patients and their families. We have more than a decade of experience in health care settings, and aim to improve the accessibility of quality care for end-of-life patients and their love ones. Our talented interdisciplinary team of professionals is made up of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement co-ordinators, hospice aids, and volunteers, all of whom share in our vision to be a fountain of support and comfort to patients and their families. The team work with every patient and their families to develop a bespoke plan of care, which is sensitive to the needs and wishes of every individual. These physician led care plans are driven by compassion for our patients and their families, and prioritize the unique requirements of every patient, and their families. All care delivered by Shiloh Hospice and Palliative Care is carried out professionally, and in line with the wishes of the individual and their loved ones.
